People & access
The people register
The register of the people your airline employs, and the access some of them have. Those are two different facts — most people on the register never sign in at all.
Records, access and authority
Section titled “Records, access and authority”| What it is | |
|---|---|
| A record | Somebody who works here. Cabin crew, loadmasters, ramp agents tested for alcohol and substances — many will never sign in. |
| Access | A WingcertID membership, given to a record by inviting it. |
| Authority | The jobs they hold, and the appointments made to them. |
WingcertID is authoritative for names and emails of anybody who has access: if they differ, the register takes WingcertID’s.
