Your account page
Your WingcertID, in one place. Everything about how you sign in lives here rather than in any one platform.
Go to auth.wingcert.com/account. If you are signed in, it opens You’re signed in: This is your Wingcert identity. Platforms you open will use it.
Open a platform
Section titled “Open a platform”A card for each platform your airline uses — Compliance workspace, Training, Operations control, Mobile, WingDrive. A platform you have been granted but that has not launched yet shows Not open yet, so you can see you have it before it opens.
Organisations
Section titled “Organisations”Each airline you belong to, your job title there, and the platforms it gives you — or no platforms yet. Contractors working for more than one airline see each of them here.
Passkeys
Section titled “Passkeys”Every passkey you have, whether it is Synced across your devices or Bound to one device, and when it was last used. See Passkeys.
Devices
Section titled “Devices”Every device Wingcert recognises as yours. The one you are using says This device, and whether it is personal, 30 days or shared, 15 minutes. Others show Personal or Shared and when they were last seen.
Select Revoke beside a device to forget it. Do this for anything you no longer use, or have lost — that device will need a full sign-in next time.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”Sign out ends this session everywhere. Your passkeys stay on your devices.
Signing in from a remote desktop
Section titled “Signing in from a remote desktop”Your authenticator apps, with when each was added and last used, and a Remove button. If you have none, it says You will need one to sign in over RDP.
- Add an authenticator app — see Use an authenticator app.
- Choose a PIN / Change your PIN — see Your six-digit PIN. Without one, you sign in in full each time you step back to a terminal.
