Open Findings › Insights. Every figure follows the same rules as the rest of Wingcert’s insights — it says how it is counted, shows its window and sample, and opens the records behind it. See Insights and signals.

Raised	By month, by kind of audit, by area.
Answered	Plans on time, days to a plan and to close, plans returned the first time, extensions.
Fixed for good	Effective first time, reopened, recurrence.
Breakdowns	Open findings by grade and age, and the root-cause Pareto.

Holders who see the whole airline also get found by others first — findings an audit received raised before our own audits did.

If you hold a post, your figure stands beside the airline’s, and no other area is named. Where your department has a target, the figure says whether it is on target, off it, or past its alert level.

Themes

If your airline has turned AI help on, Group into themes groups the findings you can see in the window — up to 150 — into themes of two or more. Each theme opens the findings it groups. Themes are worked out when you ask and never stored.

Note

Only a finding’s title, text, paragraphs and area are sent for grouping — never who answers it, its history, its files, or anybody’s job.

Every list of records here downloads as Excel or CSV, with the same rows and the same scope you see on screen.
