Audits
Audits at a glance
Audits is your compliance monitoring programme — planned over a cycle, conducted against checklists that cite the rules, and turned into graded findings that somebody independent closes.
The cycle
Section titled “The cycle”ORO.GEN.200, 145.A.200 and CAMO.A.200 all ask for the same loop, and Audits is built around it:
- Plan the cycle — which areas and suppliers are audited, and when.
- Audit against checklists whose questions cite the paragraphs they test.
- Raise graded findings from what was not compliant.
- The area answers with a root cause and corrective actions — in Findings.
- Somebody independent verifies the answer and closes the finding.
Ramp inspections keep their own findings and corrective actions. Every other kind of audit — internal, supplier, and audits done to you — feeds the shared Findings and Corrective actions.
