FAQ & troubleshooting
Wingcert can't be reached
When you see Wingcert's own "No connection to the workspace" page, Wingcert has already started working out what is wrong. Here is how to read it.
Read the page
Section titled “Read the page”The No connection to the workspace page checks two things for you:
| It says | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| This device reports no network at all — wifi is off, or out of range. | Your device is offline. | Turn wifi on, or move into range. |
| This device reports a network connection. … Could not be reached from here. | You are on a network, but it does not reach Wingcert — common on hotel wifi you have not signed in to, or a hangar network with no route out. | Open any other website to check. Sign in to the wifi’s portal, or switch network. |
| Reachable again. / The workspace is answering again. Taking you back… | It is back. | Nothing — you are returned to your page. |
Leave the page open; it keeps checking, and takes you back by itself.
Your work is safe
Section titled “Your work is safe”- Forms you were typing in keep a draft on your device. See Working with a poor connection.
- A save that could not be sent says Not sent — there is no connection. Nothing has been lost.
