The document library
The controlled library. Manuals and procedures your airline writes here, and the regulations and OEM material it holds — each with every revision it has ever had.
Two kinds of document

|---|---|---|
| Kinds | Manual, Procedure, Form | Held document |
| Examples | MOE, CAME, OM-A, a work procedure | A regulation, OEM manual, authority correspondence |

A document’s page
Section titled “A document’s page”Open any document to see its Revisions — every version there has ever been:
Draft → In review → Approved → Effective → Superseded
or Withdrawn.
The revision marked In force is the one your airline operates to today. A superseded revision is kept and stays readable — it is the evidence for everything done while it was in force.
Read opens the reading view. Download takes a PDF copy — see Controlled copies for what is printed on it.
