Audits received
Audits done to us — by the authority, customers, IOSA — so their findings are answered and closed exactly like our own, against their deadlines.
Record the audit
Section titled “Record the audit”Open Findings › Audits received and choose Record an audit received.
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Who audited us | SHGM — Turkish DGCA |
| Their reference | Letter 2026/4411 |
| Approval audited | TR.145.0042 |
| From | The dates they were with you |
| Areas they visited | Pick one or more |
| Their report | Optional — kept in the vault |
Add their findings
Section titled “Add their findings”On the audit’s page, under Their findings, select Add one of their findings for each:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Their number and Their level | As they wrote it — for example Level 2. |
| Our grade | The grade you give it, which sets the default deadlines. |
| Finding, in a line and As they wrote it | The short title, and their full text. |
| Area and Station | Where it applies. |
| Answered by | Leave blank for the area’s post from Audits › Setup. |
| Paragraphs | The requirements it cites. |
| Their plan deadline and Their closing deadline | Their deadlines win over your grade’s days. Leave blank to use the grade’s. |
They stay as drafts while you add them.
Send them to be answered
Section titled “Send them to be answered”When every finding is in, select Send the findings to be answered. They are sent together, so every clock starts the same day, and each one goes to the post that answers it.
If you see Every finding needs a post to answer it, pick a post on that finding, or name the area’s post on Audits › Setup.
Close the audit
Section titled “Close the audit”The audit closes once every finding from it is closed or withdrawn. Select Close the audit — this needs Close out completed audits.
