Sign in with a passkey
A passkey is one touch instead of a password. Your device holds it, unlocks it with your fingerprint, face or screen lock, and only tells Wingcert that it recognised you.
Signing in
Section titled “Signing in”-
Go to
auth.wingcert.com, or open any Wingcert platform. -
Select Continue with a passkey — or Continue as your name if the device recognises you. The button shows Waiting for your device…
-
Touch the fingerprint reader, look at the camera, or enter your device’s screen lock.
If you have a passkey saved, you can also pick it straight from the Work email field’s suggestions, without typing an address.
Adding a passkey
Section titled “Adding a passkey”You set up your first passkey from the invitation email (Your first sign-in). To add one later — for example after signing in with an emailed code:
-
Sign in, and open your account at
auth.wingcert.com/account. -
If you have none yet, you will see You have no passkey yet. Select Add a passkey.
-
Confirm with your fingerprint, face or screen lock.
Your passkeys are listed under Passkeys on your account page, each with when it was last used, and one of:
- Synced across your devices — kept in iCloud Keychain, Google Password Manager or a similar service, so it works on your other devices too.
- Bound to one device — it lives only on that device or security key.
